How to charge the power unit

 

The rated power of BEAR is 500W and its battery capacity is 19.2V/27Ah. We can charge the battery in the following ways at present:

 

1. Charge the power unit with the original adapter from our company. During charging, we need to insert the end of the power cord into the adapter terminal and connect the 220V/110 AC mains. The DC output of the other end of the adapter is connected to the power charging interface.
2. Charge the battery with original car charging cable. When you use the car charger, after starting the car engine, you only need to insert the cigarette lighter plug into the car cigarette lighter socket, and then connect the other end of the DC output port with our power unit. Then car charging is working(Power supply must be equipped with wide voltage charging module)Do not use the car charger when the car is not in the starting state.
3. Charge the battery with solar panel. In this case, it is only necessary to connect one end of the connection cable to the solar panel and the other end to the power charging interface. Then solar charging is working.(maximum voltage of solar panels not more than 30V, minimum voltage not less than 18V)

50 ampere hours. Lithium battery cells provide consistent power for all 50 amp hours. Elite LiFePO4 batteries have a flat voltage curve, which means they have a steady power output as the battery discharges.

Up to 100% capacity for 3,000 cycles in recommended conditions. The typical SLA has 400 cycles. Lithium batteries last so long that the price per use is a fraction of traditional batteries.

 

Smart Built-in BMS

Passive balancing (active balance optional), low voltage cutoff, high voltage cutoff, short circuit protection and temperature protection for increased performance and longer life. Besides, Bluetooth function for option that enables to monitor battery status, such as, voltage, capacity and so on.

Safety Precations

 

To protect yourself and others from harm and to protect your equipment from damage, please read all the following information carefully before using your equipment.

 

Warning!

· Never throw the battery into water, keep it under dry, shady and cool circumstance when not use.

· Never upside down the positive and negative.

· Never connect the positive and negative of battery with metal.

· Never ship or store the battery together with metal

· Never knock, throw or trample the battery.

· Never cut through the battery with nail or other edge tool.

Tips!

· Never use or keep the battery under the high temperature. Otherwise it will cause battery heat, get into fire or lose some function and reduce the life. The proposed temperature for long-term storage is 10-45ºC.

· Never throw the battery into fire or heating machine to avoid fire, explosion and environment pollution; scrap battery should be returned to the supplier and handled by the recycle station.

· Never use the battery under strong static and strong magnetic field, otherwise it will destroy the protecting device.

· If battery leaked, the electrolyte get into eyes, please don't knead, please wash eyes by water and send to hospital. Otherwise it will hurt eyes.

· If battery emit peculiar smell, heating, distortion or appear any unconventionality during using, storage or charging process, please take it out from device or charge and stop using.

· Never cut the battery in socket directly; please use the stated charger when charging.

· Check the voltage of battery and relevant connectors before using the battery. It can't be used until everything turns out to be normal.

· Prior to charging, fully check the insulativity, physical condition and ageing status, since breakage and ageing are never allowed; the pack voltage must not be less than the cutoff voltage, if not, it's abnormal and that battery needs to be labeled. The user should contact our Customer Service Dept and it can't be charged until repaired by our staff.

· The battery should be stored in full SOC. It needs to be charged once if out of use for as long as half a year.

· Clean the dirty electrode, if any, with a clean dry cloth, or poor contact or operation failure may occur.
